For a long time I have tried to find a special way to propose marriage to my girlfriend Mary, whom I know for five years now. I wanted it very special, romantic and memorable, something our grandchildren would still remember.

And here is my idea: I will send out the proposal to Mary to 50 complete strangers, people I don't know - hoping, that they will forward my proposal to as many people as possible, which in turn forward it etc. And some day, I hope, it will reach Mary, after it has travelled a very long way. I know, it will take a long time and I am quite nervous…

I have created a homepage ( http://www.proposal-to-mary.com ) where you can find the current status of my quest. You can use the homepage to check if the proposal has already reached Mary (in that case it is not necessary anymore to forward the mail).

Once the proposal has reached Mary, I will put a note on these pages. Also I will publish there how many people have read the proposal so that everybody can see how far it has spread and that it is getting closer to Mary.

And of course you will find there what I am waiting for most: Mary's answer! I can't tell you, how nervous I am… Will she accept my proposal? Will she like the unusual way how she got it, through the hands of thousands of messengers all over the world?

En fin, ahi lo elimino disculpen por tardar pero estuve laburando toda la tarde Cuando termine de armar bien la pagina me voy a sentar a ver que puedo hacer con los pornobots, asi dejan de molestar.

No se puede habilitar para confirmar por mail? Solucionaria muchos problemas.

si pero les darias mas trabajo a los moderadores o a lio , y menos gente seguro se registra , por q vos entras a buscar algo y queres hablar tal ves en el momento , y si tenes q esperar una confirmacion desanimas a la gente

??? No te parece que da mas trabajo ir borrando y banneando a cada bot que aparece? Cada dia que te levantas hay 2 o 3 threads en Demas de un Bot, no te parece trabajo bannear y borrar threads? ...

otra opcion seria q cada nuevo usuario tenga q ser aprobado por los moredadores antes de poder finalizar su registracion.

si pero la idea es q los usuarios se registren y participen en el momento , sino no se registran pasean y ya , si tenes q esperar repito pierden interes , y es mas facil borrar 2 o 3 usuarios por spams

No una habilitacion por mail no es mas laburo.. o sea, no es q nosotros tenemos q mandar cada mail... De hecho, creo q esta activado eso de la confirmacion, pero no es la solucion a nada jejejjeje ya te digo, los pornobots se ponen cada vez mas persistentes

Lo de confirmacion por email es lo mas humano, no creo que eso aleje users, es algo que esta en todo foro. Ademas mucha diferencia no hay, con los que entran a saludar y no vuelven mas y los que se vuelven usuarios activos. Lo de la confirmacion por parte del Staff no me parece muy buena idea, les daria demasiado trabajo.

de aca a 10 años los pornobots dominaran el mundo.

los pornobots no solo postean , ensima ponen fotos y videos , y ahora mandan pm jaja , en cualquier momento hacen o vienen a una fiesta jaja , cuidado ice a quien invitas jaja

Solo no les presten atencion

habria que ver de implementar alguno de los plugins para phpbb para control de spam, como esos que te preguntan algo onda "cuanto es 2 + 2" y preguntas aleatorias asi, o el de la imagen con numeros y letras.
